BODMIN MOOR ARCHAEOLOGY
SCRUB CLEARANCE DAYS 2011 – 12
Cornwall Council’s Historic Environment service is teaming up with the British Trust for Conservation Volunteers (BTCV) to undertake scrub clearance on sites threatened by bracken and gorse growth on Bodmin Moor. The main aim of the project is to clear the sites and improve access. A second aim is to try to develop a group of volunteers to carry on with this much-needed work in the future, after the first, funded, year is over.
